The key to the success of Chinese language education is people. In addition to cultivating Chinese language teachers, in order to the needs of overseas Chinese teachers, it is more important to improve the quality and professionalism of Chinese teachers through pre-Chinese teacher training and to make Chinese language industry better growth. What are the topics related to Chinese language education that often revolve around teaching (study)? When do you teach (learn)? Where to teach (learn)? How to teach (learning)? Who teaches (learning)? Etc. This study has studied the objectives of these several cases, for the Chinese teacher training of the industry-university cooperation between MACMA and COMILLAS University in Madrid, Spain, collecting relevant information and describing the case study content analysis： First, to explain the development of the Chinese language industry in Madrid, Spain.Second，to describe the current situation of Chinese teacher training in Spain Third, to analyze the pre-Chinese language teachers.
