| Summary: | 碩士 === 國立臺灣師範大學 === 音樂學系 === 106 === The unique of Tan Dun's musical work is full of various characteristics, which showed Orient and Occident, tradition and modern, reserved and enthusiasm in parallel. The research topic of this thesis focused on his piano work,《Eight Memories in Watercolor》, and it was analyzed and organized in five chapters.
First of all, chapter one is the motivation, purpose, scope and methods of the research. In chapter two, to realize musician's background and explain the reason of the work from both the learning experience and the compiling journey. In chapter three, abundant visual effects combined by music and watercolor were presented with various composition approaches. In chapter four, the structure, harmony, rhythm and melody of 《Eight Memories in Watercolor》were all analyzed in depth. In chapter five, the playing skills and artistic conception were presented. Chapter six is the conclusion and my point of view which were summed up from the all contents of this thesis.
