Therefore, it is important for food and beverage industry to understand from passengers' perspectives in order to provide better services. This research targets passengers at food court of Taoyuan International Airport to explore their viewpoints from questionnaire feedback on how it affects passenger behavioral intention that airport food court service combining with affiliated commercial facilities and also on how food court providers improve their weaknesses in terms of service quality and affiliated commercial facilities in hopes to achieve better satisfaction on Taoyuan International Airport. This study analyzes the value of passengers' diet choices and service quality by simplifying all factors into a number of aspects. To discuss the relevance of passengers' attention on food service quality and affiliated facilities at food court along with its scene settings towards satisfaction of airport food court and passenger behavioral intention, a method called Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) was adopted to resolve the overall model. According to the result of this study, both “Food Service Quality” and “Food Court Settings” do affect “Satisfaction on Airport Food Court Service” positively. Moreover, the “Satisfaction on Airport Food Court Service” and the “Demand for Food Court Affiliated Facilities” also show positive effect on “Behavioral Intention”.
