The general improvement methods can be solved by raised floor and floating floor. In recent years the floor impact sound in the majority with laboratory measurements and field measurement. This research in view of dynamic stiffness material which used under floating floor to predicted the floor impact sound level, and facilitate development phase of the insulation materials design. For rating of sound insulation, determination of dynamic stiffness is more efficient than laboratory measurements of impact sound insulation of floors. In this study, a standard test specimens was compared with a small test specimens, and impact sound reduction was predicted. The small test specimens area (1m x 1m) is different from previous area (0.6m x 0.6m).
