Summary:碩士 === 國立臺北教育大學 === 音樂學系碩士班 === 106 === Abstract This thesis is a study of exploring the factors that affect the operation management of the Er Chong elementary school’ Chinese classical orchestra ­­ a case study of elementary school in Hsinchu. By understanding the operating status of the school’ orchestra, and exploring the process of training, the orchestra mode of operation, and the orchestra business strategy, to provide the references for elementary school's chinese classical orchestra development. To achieve the purposes, the present study uses "qualitative" research, by way of researcher teaching in a Er Chong elementary school’ Chinese Orchestra in Hsinchu Business Strategies Questionnaire" as a research tool to explore the school’ orchestra members. The conclusions of this study are as follows: One, the current situation of the "group training process" of the Double National Small Group Orchestra: The members of the group have a good implementation of the items in the meaning of "exercise status", "performance status" and "performance status". Two, the Status of "Operational Strategy" of the Duguo Guoguo Orchestra: (1) The participation of the members in the motivation of the National Orchestra (2) The recognition of the members participating in the orchestra's performing activities (3) The status of the members participating in the Hsinchu County Music competition (4) Other circumstances in which members participate in the National Orchestra The members said they strongly agree with the school enough national instruments allow members to practice; more than 50% of the members agree that the school is performing or practicing in the orchestra the time will be for the National Orchestra to provide snacks, but there are 20% of the members do not agree. I hope to have a deeper understanding of the Er Chong elementary school, to find out the operation of the orchestra, to propose ways to improve, to achieve children's feedback, and to serve as a reference for other schools interested in setting up the National Orchestra.
