Male coach spends a lot of time and energy to companion with athlete’s training. Meanwhile, who should take care of male coach’s family? Male coacher refers to the part-time job teacher in this research. The purpose of this research is trying to understand the life style and work experience of male coach’s wife, and to interview them. Base on the said purpose of the research, there are several results we have found: (1) the negative effects to family life of part time teacher. Due to the long working hours, the unstable holiday off, and the competition hold on holidays, these elements disturb the family life. (2) To choose undertaking the character of family. The result of being independent life attitude is caused by the coach husband who cannot give supports to the family, not the willingness from wife. (3) The difficulty of connecting family relationship. Though the long and busy working hours, spending the time with family is necessary. Thus, training and competition still occupy the time of family’s activity. (4) The negotiation of family becomes the core role. The good negotiation to keep the harmony of marriage is one of the most important processes. In summary, male coach wife plays two roles at the family. Nevertheless, male coach has extra job but doesn’t have extra pay, this reason becomes the biggest disturbing elements to family negotiation. After all, the amount of extra training job has the negative effects for being a husband or father’s role. To wife, there is unfair situation. In other words, if choosing to marry the part time job teacher, there is another sacrifice road be waiting. Key word: spouse of male coach, life experience
