And then we compare the differences between variables from diverse backgrounds. Finally, analyze the correlation and predictive power of the teacher’s well-being and administrative effectiveness. This research adopts questionnaire survey and the participants in this study were the current elementary school administrative teachers in Penghu County. we extract 37 schools and 189 teachers as subjects. There are 189 response questionnaires and 186 valid questionnaires while 100% response rate and 98% valid rate respectively. We execute the analysis of survey data by using the methods such as descriptive statistics, independent sample t-test, one way ANOVA, Pearson correlation and multiple regression analysis. The results of the research are as follows: 1. The well-being of the elementary school administrative teachers in Penghu County was medium to high level. Reported highest satisfaction in the category “interpersonal harmony,” and least in the category “achievement fit”. 2. The administrative effectiveness of the elementary school administrative teachers in Penghu County was medium to high level . Reported highest satisfaction in the category “group Culture,” and least in the category “Resource Integration” 3. The degree of “satisfaction with life” of the male teachers who are concurrently in administrative positions, the overall administrative effectivenes, and “resource integration” are better than the female surnamed teachers. 4. There were no significant differences between the administrative teachers with different age and marital status in the overall perception of well-being and administrative effectiveness. 5. Married and part-time director teachers who serve concurrently as administrative positions have significant differences in administrative effectiveness. 6. The administrative teachers from Makung City were significantly higher overall perception than from remote areas and islands areas on the well-being levels of “overall level”, “interpersonal harmony”, and “achievement fit”. 7. Teachers with administrative positions in grade 13 or above schools have the best overall perception of overall well-being, “interpersonal harmony”, overall administrative effectiveness, and“resource integration”. 8. There was high positive correlation between the well-being and administrative effectiveness of the elementary school administrative teachers in Penghu County 9. The well-being of administrative teachers in Penghu County Elementary and Secondary School administrative posts has a positive predictive effect on the administrative efficiency as a whole and on all levels, with the best predictive power at the “achievement fit” level.. According to the conclusions of this research, we make suggestions to the education authorities, school administrators, teachers and future research.
