Summary:碩士 === 國立臺北教育大學 === 教育經營與管理學系 === 106 === This study aims to explore the job satisfaction, teaching effectiveness and relevence of the current situation of administrative teachers in public elementary schools in Penghu. According to the results, specific suggestions are made for educational administrative authorities, school administrative units and subsequent researchers. “The questionnaire about job satisfaction, teaching effectiveness and relevance of the current situation of public elementary school teachers with administrative work in Penghu” was designed after the reviewing of related literatures. The questionnaire was distributed to 411 teachers with administrative work from 37 different public elementary schools in Penghu in the 2017 academic year. There are 372 valid samples in total, resulting in an availability ratio of 91%. The results were processed with SPSS and analyzed through descriptive statistics, independent sample t-test, ANOVA, Pearson's Product-Moment correlation, and multiple regression analysis. The conclusions are summarized as follows: 1. The job satisfaction of teachers with administrative work in the elementary schools in Penghu is high, while the “peer relationship” is their most satisfied dimension. 2. Teachers with administrative work in the elementary schools in Penghu expressed favorable perception of teaching effectiveness. Class management was particularly recognized. 3. The job satisfaction and teaching effectiveness of teachers with administrative work vary depending on the ages, current positions, academic qualifications, years of administrative working experience, and size of the school. 4. There was a significant correlation between the job satisfaction and teaching effectiveness for elementary school teachers with administrative work in Penghu. 5. A positive prediction existed between the job satisfaction and teaching effectiveness for elementary school teachers with administrative work in Penghu. 6. Gender has no significant effect on the teaching effectiveness of the job satisfaction for elementary school teachers with administrative work in Penghu.
