碩士 === 國立臺北教育大學 === 生命教育教學碩士學位班 === 106 === 　　The purpose of this paper is to understand the relationship among between spiritual experience and life development . Intrinsic spirituality is the integration of personality and is a key factor in the health of the body and mind. If a person holds spiritually relevant experience, it will have a direct or indirect impact on the development of personal life. This study through the three study participants, the depth of qualitative interviews, on the interpretation of spiritual experience, the meaning of personal life development and the spiritual experience to transform the possible dilemmas of life development. The results obtained are as follows: 1. The spiritual background：The spiritual start is mostly from the internal desire to change, showing that spirituality is a force from the inside. The spiritual process gains positive feedback and satisfaction, a perception of truth, and an adequate interpersonal support system that encourages long-term spirituality. Different religions have different ways of spiritual practice, and spiritual experience can occur through religious practice. 2. The spiritual view of the spiritualist: Under different religious backgrounds, the spirituality of the interpretation of the study participants is not the same. 3. The description of spiritual experience: Physical senses are easy to feel spiritual experience, people with specific religious beliefs may not be able to understand the true meaning of spiritual experience. 4. The relationship between spiritual experience and life development: The spiritual experience of spiritual practitioners has a "change of attitude towards behavior", "mature of intrinsic value", "belief can be regarded as a criterion of life", and "the goal of life is more clear". The positive impact of the connotation of the item; the spirituality as the core belief, the development of "the sense of mission with the spiritual peers", "the revelation of career decision", "personalization and internalization" and other three long-term goals for the development of life. Spiritual experience and life development have a mutual relationship. Spirituality affects the development of life, and the integrity of life development allows the ego to have the opportunity to let go and carry out the spiritual self. 5. The experience of spiritual experience in transforming life development and other related views: Pay attention to the Spiritual Struggle and coping it. Physio-psycho-spiritual integration treatment is a trend. The recovery of the body can be cultivated through spirituality. 　　Finally, the researchers made relevant recommendations based on the conclusions.
