Especially Chinese makers. The raising of The Red Supply Chain has been the biggest threat. How to carry out the innovation activities and to obtain the chance of the coming IoT (Internet of Things) trend is necessary to Taiwanese electronic industry. Since the result of organizational innovation comes from the individual result, thus how to inspire the motivation of the innovation behavior of organization members is the main purpose of this study. The study uses questionnaires as a measurement tool for investigating the employee that works in Taiwanese electronic industry, try to discover the relation between innovation and organizational identification. It is divided into four dimensions: Reward Estimating System(RES), Perceived Organizational Support(POS), Organizational Identification(OI), Innovation Behavior(INB). The study uses confirmatory factor analysis (CFA) and regression analysis as research methods, composed of 273 effective samples. Research indicates that RES, POS, OI has significant positive effect the Innovation Behavior. Based on the results above, for deploying a good innovation behavior, the organizational identification of employee based on optimized reward system and strong-enough organizational support perceiving is needed.
