Summary:碩士 === 國立臺北大學 === 公共行政暨政策學系碩士在職專班 === 106 === This study aims to understand air express consignments of Taipei Customs, CA, MOF customs officials’ view toward job rotation as well as its relationship between organizational commitment. Additionally, by comparing the differences in perceived job rotation and organizational commitment among customs officials of distinct background variables, the study attempts to serve as a reference for the Customs management level regarding job rotation policy. A questionnaire was distributed to 205 customs officials of air express consignments division of Taipei Customs with the response rate of 89%. The data gathered was analyzed using descriptive statistics, T test, one-way ANOVA, Correlation analysis, and ordinal least square regression.The results of the study were as follows: 1.Job rotation intention has a significantly positive influence on professional commitment . 2.Times of job rotations does not generate significantly influence on professional commitment. 3.Job rotation intention has a significantly positive influence on organizational commitment . 4.Times of job rotations shows a significantly negative influence on organizational commitment .
