Since the legal retirement age in Taiwan is 65 years old, the children may not have a family at this age. At least they have been able to work independently and have an average age. It is 80 years old, from retirement to retirement, and living independently for about 15-20 years. However, the living space of the second person after retirement should conform to the three principles of "safety", "safety" and "security". The research object of this thesis is the retired business owner. According to the needs of the owners, I plan to live in a residential building with convenient living and live a living space for two people. I hope to create a more dignified and independent living space in my later years.
