碩士 === 國立臺東大學 === 進修部暑期諮商心理碩士專班 === 106 === Through the self-narrative of her own life experience, the researcher reflected and reinterpreted the past life process with continuous introspective awareness, hoping to revive the laughter and tears from the buried memories, loose the knots of the heart, and thus make some sweetness from the bitterness and paint different colors on her life. This study mainly explores the researcher’s life experience as an elementary school teacher. The purpose of the study will focus on how the researcher became an elementary school teacher and how she has dealt with highs and lows after becoming an elementary school teacher. Finally, after self-narrating her own life story time after time and exploring the meaning of life inwards, the researcher firmly stepped out, leading a personal life course of her own. Through the relationships with different significant others, the researcher’s life has made statements repeatedly, showing what a unique individual the researcher is.
