The previous studies found that the natural environment can lessen people’s fatigue, improve the perceived restoration. Therefore, the understanding of recreation environment in promoting tourists’ perceived restoration is important in destination planning and management. Taiwan is an island and the ocean body is a very important resource for its development. But there is few literature on the perceived restoration of the coastal environment. Therefore, the main purpose of this study is to investigate the relationship between the recreation experience, the place attachment and the perceived restoration in the coastal environment. 297 valid questionnaires were collected and analyzed by statistical analysis using SPSS. The results are as follows: 1. The recreational experience had a significant effect on the place attachment. 2. The recreational experience had a significant effect on the perceived restoration. 3. The place attachment had a significant effect on the perceived restoration. Chiang, Yu-jen 江昱仁 2017 學位論文 ; thesis 104 zh-TW
