Retail has moved towards the chain of access . The competition between retail market are also quite dramatic . The business model of the fast-moving consumer goods industry is also changing in response to changes in the channel structure . This study is based on the fast moving consumer goods trader N Company suffered a serious loss for the first time in 2016 due to environmental impact. The management team hopes pass six sigma DMAIC method to improve business performance. After DMAIC steps identify business issues and refine the business workflow. It shows a obvious performance improvement in 2017 . At the same time N company also plan to extend this set of management platform tools to other regional in Asia.
