The purpose of study aimed to explore results of one performing arts lesson corporating marine education in one elementary school as well as the creative dance teaching. The study applied action research, and quasi-experimental design in the eight-week lesson with students in the third year of one primary school in New Taipei City. During the process, the researcher recorded true teaching situation through videos, and photos in detail and collected learning sheets from students and teaching reflection. Afterwards, “Questionnaire Marine Learning Attitude” and “Questionnaire Marine Biology Protection Attitude and Action Intention” are analyzed by covariance (ANCOVA) and the results showed below: I. Incorporating marine education with performing arts education in elementary school can make it available. II. Implementing creative dance curriculum can activate students’ creativity. III. Incorporating marine education with performing arts education in elementary school can enhance students’ learning attitude toward ocean. IV. Incorporating marine education with performing arts education in elementary school can upgrade students’ concerns for ocean biology protection attitude and action intention.
