The change of population let the employment population decline in service industry, insurance industry, sale industry, and agency which are high turnover rate industries. How to attract the right people for companies, enhance retention rate, speed up learning curve in order to improve the performance, and make contribution for company limited population is very tough mission. Moreover, enterprises want to keep moving, expanding, and having good performance not only need to recruit new employees who can match the development of the company, but also need to train the employees so that they can create better competitiveness. How to enhance the training result is the thing which often be judged and how to train the employees because they are the key activities to improve the employee’s performance. As information technology and video equipment become more common, so how to combine the traditional teaching and the digital media to train the employees is popular. Enterprises can use all kinds of learning media to reduce the cost of training easily. In the meantime, it won’t reduce the quality of learning but create better result. In the reality, it’s not so easy as we imagination. How to select the media, design and arrange the content of teaching cause great influence to the combination of online and offline. This research will conduct the training which combine online and offline in different characteristic and the flow rate of industry in order to find out the best strategies to speed up learning curve which can let employees have great performance and reduce the cost so that other company will take it as example to plan the training strategies. I use the qualitative research by interview the high- level managers in different industry and consultant in education industry to find out if the new employees can complete the training, cause great performance and enhance retention rate of new employees. This research want to find out the demand, motivation, background and different training purpose to combine the online and offline, to provide an example to different enterprise training strategies.
