It's rather common people choose to start their own business through low-cost homemade handicrafts nowadays. The advantages of working at home and the low entry cost have encouraged many craftsmen to the pursuit of their own handicrafts brand. A housewife turned entrepreneur, the main character of this case uses her gifted talents to create homemade silver ornaments. She overcomes various obstacles from selling in flea markets to opening her own shop. It is her quick adjustment in all the operating strategies that lead to an entrepreneurial success. This paper is written in the similar form of the Harvard Case Study. The thesis includes two parts: the case content and teaching notes. Through teacher's guidance and case study, this thesis discusses What is micro-entrepreneurship? Entrepreneurial motivation and what factors contribute success? How to deal with the crisis in a time sensitive manner? It is expected that this case paper can be used as a reference for the petty bourgeoisie who dreams of entrepreneurship.
