To protect our feet, we should start from choosing the right shoes. The public often considers the brand, appearance and price when buying shoes. However, sometimes they ignore the importance of shoes to our feet. Using plantar pressure measuring device can understand the distribution of plantar pressure, and provide an assessment when selecting shoes, functional or customized insoles. The purpose of this research is to validate the MASFoot Scanner and the MASFoot Plate developed by laboratory, and to develop insole pressure measuring equipment, which can measure the pressure distribution of bare foot and insole. By evaluating the performance and providing different types and prices of plantar pressure measuring equipment, it can be widely used by consumers in the shoes store. New fashion of digital measurement and selection of insoles can therefore be established. Plantar pressure measuring equipment can be categorized into bare foot type and insole type according to the difference of measurement. Bare foot type can be further divided into scanning type and photographing type based on the measuring concept. The equipment consists of gray optical films, black optical films, software, and APP. Plantar pressure distribution image can be obtained by scanning or photographing, and arch index is automatically calculated which can distinguish flat arch, normal arch and high arch. Insole type is composed of gray optical films, black optical films, check valve, exhaust valve, and balloon. Pressure distribution and contact area of insole and foot can be measured without power supply. Foot pressure measuring equipment developed by this study is simple to operate and reusable. In addition, the information is digitally stored in order to do follow-up. This study use F-scan, scanning type and photography type measuring equipment to measure foot index, arch index and heel index. Subjects includes people with normal arch, flat arch and high arch. Parameters of the equipment of experimental group will be adjusted after statistical analysis, in order to optimize the instrument. The results show that there is no significant difference between biostatistics and F-scan. The foot pressure measuring equipment validated and developed by this study has advantage in price and precision in sales market, and thus achieves the research purpose which is to provide different types and price of foot pressure measurement equipment, to change people's habits of choosing shoes, and establish a new fashion of digital selection of insoles. 碩士 === 國立臺灣科技大學 === 醫學工程研究所 === 106 === Our feet bear the whole body weight.
