Its business strategy has also been to sell services, rather than selling products. The established brand glasses company has its unique business strategy and service model. The business patten of original independent operation of eyeglass manufacturer change into glasses chain in the past 15 years. The company in the case is an excellent with a unique management style. It won gold medal awards in Taiwan's service industry for 6 consecutive years and was well known in the optical retail industry. It re-examined the organizational vision and re-interpreted the business philosophy of “modernized Management, professionalized skills, and friendly service”to modernly manage under the pressure of market competition and changes in the external environment. The core competitiveness of service innovation and brand image can be established to create service experience exited in peers and customers. In this study, we will take Kobayashi glasses company for example to analyze the the four aspects of service innovation model to interpret its business strategy. This can explore how Kobayashi glasses company response to future environmental changes and provide the business decision-making process to other industries for reference.
