Description
Summary:碩士 === 國立臺灣科技大學 === 管理研究所 === 106 === Taiwan has a shallow market economy that is highly prone to the influence of external environment changes. Therefore, identifying a method to flexibly adapt to the market at times of substantial market environment changes is a challenge that Taiwanese small and medium-sized enterprises must constantly overcome. This study adopted the Harvard case method to describe how a small construction company handled its business crises in the red ocean and detailed the business crises (i.e., market environment changes) encountered by the company as well as the adaptive strategies that it employed. The study results may be used as references by small and medium-sized startup enterprises when faced with economic or market challenges. This study also explored topics including the pecking order model, organizational changes, political, economic socio-cultural, and technological analysis, and business models.
