However, the interior design project strategy alliance is not a goal for the collective partners to achieve the winning and achieving goals. Therefore, many realistic aspects must be carefully considered before the cooperation of the alliance. Carefully evaluate factors such as the motives for alliance cooperation, partner design attributes, and cooperation models. This paper uses qualitative case studies to explore the factors that motivate the cooperation motives of the Interior Design Service Strategy Alliance in the face of operational dilemmas? Develop those alliance cooperation models in response to the needs of motivation? What can be the overall effect? This study uses qualitative discussions to provide insights into the actual situation of case company operations and alliances through interviews with different design companies. It then proposes appropriate research proposals and hopes to be helpful when it comes to strategic alliances in the interior design service industry.
