It is very important to develop a stable and flexible mon-itoring system. There are many equipment in each solar station, and the old equipment, faulty equipment or some environmental factor will cause the power generation of so-lar station getting lower and lower. We can get the power generation in each solar sta-tion through the system platform to know the alert reason and the time of occurrence. This paper implement the best module cleaning program base on analysis of short-term and long-term effect that influence the power generation loss. And finally it’s can im-prove the power generation efficiency and economic benefit.
