From before to now, many scholars have conducted research on the image of the country of origin. One of the indispensable factors in the development of a country is human capital. The promotion of human capital and investment are fundamental to the competitiveness of the country and will also enable the country to continue its growth. And through the government's intervention and investment in human capital, through the accumulation and interaction of human capital, the country's competitive advantage is enhanced, and potential opportunities are discovered through government incentives. This study uses sampled Vietnamese students who come to Taiwan through the New South-bound Policy Summer School. A total of 23 questionnaires were distributed and 23 valid samples were recovered. In this study, questionnaires were distributed before and after participation, and the differences between the two previous and subsequent questionnaires were compared. Survey questionnaire is taken and the results is analyzed by SPSS 23 and Smart PLS 3.0. The research results show that the implementation of summer school has a positive and significant impact on human capital, and human capital also has a positive and significant impact on the image of the source country. Through this empirical study, it was found that Vietnamese students who came to Taiwan through summer schools in the New South-South Policy have improved the image of the country through cultural exchanges and education.
