Enterprises can achieve the goal of sustainable enterprise management through complete education and training and implementation of Six Sigma project improvement. Through case studies, the Six Sigma's DMAIC improvement procedure will be used to improve the yield rate of polarizer attachments for the case company. The polarizer attach process improvement will be divided into two parts to illustrate: one was the cleaner process, the other was the attach process. In order to improve the decontamination capability of the washer and reduce the process defect rate. The DEMATEL and Taguchi experiment method is used to find out the key parameters and optimal parameter level combination of the cleaning equipment in the case, in the process of cleaner process. In the attachment process, failure mode and effect analysis are used as potential problems and errors that may be discovered in the manufacturing process in advance, and appropriate countermeasures will be taken in advance to deal with prior quality . After the above two improvements, the case company's total defect rate of polarizing plate decreased from1.75% to 0.93%, the cost of polarizer materials decreased by 46.70%, and the production capacity increased by 10.16%.
