In order to assist the volunteers in their service, there are four aspects which we are going to discuss: social, employment, and social responsibility. Satisfaction of facets was investigated by making questionnaires, we made the study in-depth. In totally, there were 379 questionnaires which were issued. The period of payment was from March to April in 2018. There were 347 valid questionnaires and 32 invalid questionnaires. The effective recovery rate was 91.5%. Questionnaire data were analyzed by SPSS statistical software for descriptive statistical analysis, reliability analysis, single factor analysis of variance and correlation analysis. This paper discusses the four aspects faced by demobilized reserve personnel when they participate in national defense volunteerism: “Social Responsibility”, “Social Contact”, “Life Guidance”, and “Employment Help” support the analysis of their satisfaction. We get some of the main conclusions from the following items: From the results of the study, we found that older people were significantly more supportive.They are supportive than young people in all aspects of their facets, except for employment assistance, with higher levels on education and service, and knowledge of seniors in various facets. Significantly higher levels of satisfaction with participation, occupational support for manufacturing and civil servants in addition to employment assistance in all aspects of their support and support satisfaction were significantly higher, and the seniority of working years, volunteers’ work years, and monthly income were more senior and multiple. Compared with the shallower and the lesser, the support and assistance satisfaction of the lesser persons in all aspects of the face of the employment assistance are significantly higher, and the higher the retired official rank is in addition to the life support counseling and participation satisfaction of the higher rank of the retired officers. Both are significantly higher. The degree of relevance between the four aspects of “Social Responsibility”, “Social Engagement”, “Life Guidance”, and “Employment Help” are all significantly positively related
