碩士 === 國立虎尾科技大學 === 企業管理系經營管理碩士班 === 106 === The study aims on exploring the influences of macroeconomics five indexes: Taiwan's import and export volume, service employee salary, national unemployment rate, the number of tourists to Taiwan, price index on the operating revenue in restaurant industry, the research results propose the suggestions for the owners of restaurant, government, and future researchers. This study adopted secondary data analysis, multiple regression analysis, polynomial regression analysis, and response surface regression analysis, and the results showed that the hypotheses of Taiwan's import and export volume, price index positively influence on operating revenue in restaurant industry is partially supported. Service employee salary, national unemployment rate, the number of tourists to Taiwan positively impacts on the operating revenue in restaurant industry.
