碩士 === 國立虎尾科技大學 === 休閒遊憩系碩士班 === 106 === Under the trend of the world education reform movement and the emphasize on innovation, in order to remind people of the country the importance of creativity education, the Ministry of Education actively promotes the concept of creativity-oriented education with the aim of enabling students to have diverse learning environment and a place to express. Researchers believe that traditional cramming education system causes modern students have lack of imagination and creativity in learning. According to the literature, positive traits have a significant impact on individual creativiting, which leads researchers to further explore does the positive characteristics, creativity, individual creativing and hope of college students have an impact on creative self-efficacy? This study adopts a sampling method. The research subjects are mainly students who take courses related to creativity. Using the structural equation model for data analysis and survey data. The results show that there is a direct impact between the sense of hope and personal creativity; positive traits have a mediating effect on individual creativity through creative self-efficacy, we hope that this study can provide a reference for relevant educational policies and serve as an indicator for students' future learning.
