碩士 === 國立虎尾科技大學 === 休閒遊憩系碩士在職專班 === 106 === Family travel is the main type of traveling in Taiwan. Parents can observe children’ fun and enjoy the moment during family travel. During the family travel, positive parent-child relationship will be created if parents and children perceive positive leisure experience.Since it can bring more benefits including home education, affective interaction, memory making, and family cohesion than group travel. The study recruited elementary-school parents as the participants to explore the relationships among leisure experience, parent-child relationship, and well-being. Stratified Cluster sampling was applied. Independent t-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson Chi-Square correlation, and multiple regression were used. 389 valid questionnaires were returned. The results of the study show that (1) demographic variables have a significant influence toward leisure experience, a parent-child relationship, and well-being, (2) a parent-child relationship has a strong significant influence toward leisure experience and has a partially significant influence toward well-being, and (3) a parent-child relationship has a significant influence toward well-being. Therefore, it is obvious to see that elementary-school parents in Yunlin County have positive perceptions in leisure experience via family travel which can bring happiness and rest both bodily and mentally to build up a great parent-child relationship and to enhance well-being.
