Description
Summary:碩士 === 中國文化大學 === 化學工程與材料工程學系奈米材料碩士班 === 106 === In this study, supercritical carbon dioxide was used to extract essential oils from pumpkin seeds, and the effects of pressure and temperature on the yield of essential oils were investigated. In this experiment, central synthesis design (CCD) was used. The condition factors of each experiment were of five levels. During the experiment, the experimental design pressure conditions were 2500 psi, 2700 psi, 3000 psi, 3200 psi, 3500 psi, and the temperature conditions were 40°C, 42°C, 45°C, 48°C, and 50°C. This experiment was a factor of two. Due to the central composite design, there are 4 corner points, 4 axial points and 5 repetitions of the central point experiment. At the end of the experiment, a second-order regression analysis of the experimental results was conducted to investigate the significance of the essential oil yield in pressure terms, temperature terms, pressure squared items, temperature squared items, pressure and temperature interaction items, and using Matlab software for mapping. In the figure, a regression line is obtained. Finally, the second-order model is analyzed to obtain the best operating conditions and the best yield in this experiment. Afterwards, the Soxhlet extraction method is used to perform leased-rate extraction of pumpkin seed oil, compared with supercritical The yield of pumpkin seed oil obtained by extraction is consistent. And using a gas chromatography mass spectrometer to analyze whether the fatty acids in the obtained products are also consistent.
