碩士 === 中國文化大學 === 企業實務管理數位碩士在職專班 === 107 === Innovative science and technology has become the main driving force to promote the
vigorous development of industry. This study aims to explore the ineractions between
innovative science, techonology, business models and markets from the perspective of
systems thinking. The roles of government, company and industries in these systems and what
action strategies should be adopted to strenthen and create interaction and connection among
different actors in order to improve performance.
This study focused on three cases, the tea industry, the marine instrument industry and
the game developers industry. Experts were interviewed, empirical data was collected, and the
cases were analyzed by causal loop systems analysis. The causal relationships between
innovative science and technology, business models and market development were discussed.
As a result, important development strategies for innovative ecosystems were identified.
The results suggested that innovative technology is better to be applied to business
models and markets, which then with the assistance of government, research institutions and
industries could be used to further develop innovative ecosystems, promoting business
performance. The results of this study not only provided an explanation for the innovation
ecosystem theory of innovative business model, but also an integration of theoretical and
practical research for business excellence.
