| Summary: | 碩士 === 靜宜大學 === 法律學系 === 106 === First, the administrative investigation is an administrative procedure, which is the process used by administrative agencies to collect and investigate data. It is an administrative procedure (It is called Administrative process in Japanese). Its purpose is to assist the administrative agency to investigate the facts. The administrative control system is derived from Germany Police Order Law, the interference and restriction of public power on the people, in order to avoid damage occurs and keep food safety and sanitation, then avoid damage keep happened or spread.Second, regulation appears all fields of law, and it is often used by a country to achieve regulation. For example, Act Governing Food Safety and Sanitation is one kind of Regulation.This paper is aimed at the introduction of the meaning, types and related legal systems of administrative investigations, discuss on the administrative investigation of Act Governing Food Safety and Sanitation. Finally, there are two judgments will be evaluated. I will make the conclusion for this paper and provided suggestions to solve the problems which are happened at legal system.
