By survey techniques, we focused on the senior who major in the social work department in Taichung has internship experience once, and surveyed by simple random sampling. The valid samples are 262. Here are the following result: A. The personal basic variable for students who majors in social works that the percentage of female is higher than male. Also, as for their internship institution, foundation account for the highest rate, the second one is welfare organizations, and the third one is the disabilities institution. For the area, the central of Taiwan takes up the largest proportion, next is the northern of Taiwan and then, it’s the southern of Taiwan. Besides, the onsite visit by school authorities is usually once to twice. B. The gender of the students who majors in social work, there’s a significant difference in female’s future work intentions, especially for the potential development. C. The basic variable – the frequency of onsite visit to the internship institution, the part of the school administration in the internship satisfaction, the part the potential development in the future social work intention, the three elements above related to each significantly. D. There’s a significant correlation between the part of the supervisor’s leading and the relationships with the supervisor in the internship satisfaction and future social work intentions. E. The element of the internship satisfaction, job training, teaching, the supervision of institution and school, the learning and growth, and the learning outcomes, all are significant and positive correlation for the students major in social work with their future work intention. F. The two elements of the internship satisfaction, learning circumstance and school administration, for the students major in social work, all are significant and positive correlation with their future work intention. G. The income and effort are predictable from the learning outcomes. The career reputation and future work intention are predictable from the learning outcomes and school administration. The development potential is predictable from the learning outcomes and the relationship with the supervisor. According to the research conclusion, there are six suggestions:(1)to cultivate diverse learning area for students to participate in;(2)to plan the internships according to the;(3)to raise the internship satisfaction by conducting the multi-school internship sharing or related seminar:(4)to promote the relationships between students and the supervisor of the intern institution;(5)to attach great important to the intern effectiveness to raise the internship satisfaction of students;(6)to value the school administration, not only students can have internships smoothly but the internship satisfaction will be higher, so that it also can improve students future work intention to engage in the related work.
