Summary: | 碩士 === 靜宜大學 === 應用化學系 === 106 === In this study, the abandoned tires were ground into powder, added to the road marking, replacing the original filler, so that the recycling of scrap tires and improve the coefficient of non-slip, and with the current road marking of the slip factor comparison, follow-up to improve the material type, can be applied to today's road marking machine, closer to practical applications and commercialization goals.
Epoxy resin as the main experiment material, add tire powder as filler, acrylic epoxy resin to disperse the effectiveness of the tire powder, then with titanium dioxide (TiO2) powder to cover the color of the tire powder, and finally with the hardening agent to help the reaction can be made of new road marking.
The experimental results show that, in terms of physical characteristics, the friction coefficient (μ) is 0.58, the anti-slip coefficient (BPN) is 60, the wear amount (mg) is 20.5 and the compressive strength (kgf / cm2) is 110 are in line with statutory norms, colorimetric test L value of 90 or more. In the chemical properties, UV light irradiation, high temperature test, ozone test and alkaline test, the sample itself is not damaged, the hardness (shore a) test has more than 80. Also successfully developed materials applied to the current road marking machine on the actual laying, the above results show that the newly developed road marking samples practical application and commercialization is feasible.
