In recent years, an antioxidant, resveratrol, has been discovered. Resveratrol prevents aging, dementia, anti-cancer effects, and inhibits cardiovascular disease. Therefore, resveratrol is often added in the dietary supplements and beauty products, it is one of the most popular antioxidants in the near future. In this work, use the electrochemical sensor to detect the resveratrol by silver oxide/bismuth (III) phosphate material. Bismuth (III) phosphate was fabricated by hydrothermal method, and added the different weight silver oxide by refluxing. Finally, the material was dispersed and coated with chitosan on the glassy carbon electrode as working electrode. Find the oxidation potential of the resveratrol by cyclic voltammetry with the silver oxide/bismuth (III) phosphate electrode and then quantitative by differential pulse voltammetry. SEM, XRD, TEM, XPS were used to determine the material as silver oxide and bismuth (III) phosphate. The phosphate buffer solution(PBS)was used as the electrolyte to prepare a concentration of 1.95×10-8 M to 1.25×10-5 M. The detection limit reached 6.84×10-8 M.
