碩士 === 靜宜大學 === 台灣文學系 === 106 === The famous Taiwan’s diet literature is prose. Writers’ develop lots of diet literature according to their traits and opinions. The diet is a kind of daily taste, and prose is to record daily tasteful food which combines diet, recipes, and personal life. In 2017, the book “Micro-salt and micro-sugar years” was a novel written by Yu Wen-Zheng. He used food as a medium, described people’s characters in different stages of life, set different background, mixed sweet and salty text plots, and he showed emotional stories which hidden all kinds of taste. In many categories of diet, desserts are not necessary for meals, but they can be used to decorate everyone's life. The same ingredients, recipes, and sweetness made by baking are created in each person's mouth, so the collections are mostly based on and named after desserts. "Sweetness" also symbolizes a woman's expectation for the future and life. There is a romantic and native color. However, the expectation may degenerate or suffer with time and reality. Thus, the deterioration of "sweetness" is more ironic and sentimental, and this may be most women have experienced. Therefore, the collections are mostly based on desserts, also describe sadness and sentimentality memories. In summary, there are 13 chapters completed with desserts. Among them, the prose include "NG cake sides", "Baked sweet potatos", "Red bean breads", "Drinking tea", "Cream rolls", "Ma-Yi sweet soup" and "Pomelo aroma". The novels include “Marshmallow girl”, "Powder round notebook", "Ou-yang muffin", "A block of frosting named C", "Tears of puddings", and "Bare Jin-Sha,". The paper is constructed with novel and prose to show a woman's private time.
