Description
Summary:碩士 === 靜宜大學 === 資訊應用與科技管理碩士在職專班 === 106 === The knowledge is the result of learning and understanding. It’s the base of accomplishing everything. It makes us know what to do and until which level. We can gain knowledge through inferring, learning, experiencing or listening to other people. In 21st century, because of the development of internet, we are able to find the answers for most of the questions. However, because tons of the information could be found by searching engine, it’s hard for end user to recognize or define if these data are useful and real. It’s also possible that the information is outdated already due to differences of the time and place. Therefore, knowledge could be effectively obtained through sharing and learning from others’ own experience. The virtual community has offered a way that is not limited to time and place. Different types of virtual communities contain different kinds of knowledge. The users share their own wise and experience through virtual community and discuss with other people. It makes the knowledge more diverse in the virtual community and increases the motivation of usage for members. The research is focusing on analyzing if the willingness of sharing the knowledge for the people who are in virtual community 「 Power – noPower club」in Facebook will be influenced positively and remarkably by these elements. The research is based on the previous documents to present the attitude and the intention of sharing knowledge, the community participation, the community recognition and the willingness of sharing knowledge as 5 aspects. According to these aspects, we came up with the structures of the research model and assumptions. In the end, we used SPSS and SmartPLS software to build the structure of the model and verify the assumptions based on the questionnaires. The final result shows us that 「the attitude of sharing knowledge toward the intention of sharing knowledge」, 「 the community participation toward the community recognition」, 「the intention of sharing knowledge toward the willingness of sharing knowledge 」and 「the community recognition toward the willingness of sharing knowledge」 have positive and remarkable impact.
