The shrinking insurance agent market urgently needs new technology as a breakthrough. Through the development of network technology, we constantly explore the differentiated needs of different customer groups, improve customer conversion efficiency and service accuracy, and improve customer stickiness and loyalty. At present, although Chinese insurance market is developed, there are still many people's life risks that cannot be solved. If the risk of Chinese tourists is taken as an example, in recent years, Chinese has continuously encouraged the consumption of Chinese tourists. If the number of tourists in Chinese is as high as 190 million, The possibility of climatic factors caused by domestic bookings has not yet been resolved through existing insurance products. In many countries, P2P has been developed for many years. For domestic P2P insurance business is an innovative marketing, compared with the current insurance market, it is different from the traditional insurance marketing model. If the insurance agency can use the existing financial technology to flourish, through the huge wave of P2P insurance that cannot be ignored in the future, it will open up new business opportunities for insurance agents to combine P2P insurance, and can also be used in domestic insurance. Based on the reference of the cooperation of the industry, the insurance agency can also solve the possibility of risk caused by climatic factors after the reservation through P2P insurance design, and strengthen the development of the micro-insurance market for P2P mutual insurance operation. The data analysis method of this study uses the literature exploration method to design the reference materials in the literature into questionnaires. The content of the questions raised in the questionnaires are designed according to the previous research literature, and have the appropriateness of the measurement content, so the content validity. After the questionnaire is collected, the statistical method is used to check the test data with independent sample T. The empirical results are available. Most of the respondents believe that the insurance deposit insurance can help the insurance agency to create new business opportunities. The higher the level of general understanding, I believe that there will be greater business opportunities and development space, which has become the future development focus of Chinese insurance industry. The insurance agency company will be able to carry out innovative product design through cooperation with insurance companies. The insurance agency will operate the P2P insurance model and use P2P mutual insurance to develop the Chinese insurance market, thereby achieving a win-win situation. If we can eliminate the complexity of the P2P insurance business model and improve the understanding of P2P mutual insurance, I believe that the development of micro-insurance for insurance agents in the future will be smoother.
