碩士 === 國防大學政治作戰學院 === 新聞碩士班 === 106 === In this study, computer algorithm were used to analyze the data of the "Marines dog abuse Incident." Try to combime computer algorithm and the corporate communication response model, in this way, we can clearly classify the crisis situation of the National Army. In research methodology, this study use LDA(Latent Dirichlet allocation) topic model to analyze the News report information and obtain the topic classification, then use NTUSD (National Taiwan University Sentimental Dictionary) to classify the netizens' response emotional valance and scores. After get the Internet user's average score and combime depth interviews with experts and scholars, we would know whether the crisis management of ROC Armed Forces can effectively reduce Internet user's emotion or not, then give suggestion.
