Based on the in-depth case interview of Kunshan Graet Yu Logistics Co., LTD., this paper constructs how to innovate the service of logistics companies in mainland China through literature analysis and summary.
First by the China federation of logistics and purchasing to released the report to know that in 2017 China investment, consumption and export on logistics industry keep on rising steadily, because demand of the logistics industry structure adjustment will also grow steadily. Along with the modernization of the consumption patterns of innovation, and carry out, and related to the market of electronic commerce, express delivery business, refrigeration industry, distribution and other modern logistics delivery service demand, continue to maintain rapid logistics industry growth. This study is to use case study method, belongs to a method of qualitative research, based on service innovation as the theme, through secondary data method and interview method to collect various kinds of data and rich with real data, and further with the current theory to the analysis and validation, finally put forward the research conclusion and Suggestions, for later using China logistics company practice.
