The results of empirical analysis indicate no significant influences of trust on user satisfaction, confirmation on perceived risks, and perceived risks on continuous use, while institutional trust has a significant impact on trust and trust has a significant and positive effect on confirmation, user satisfaction, and continuous use. User satisfaction has a positive impact on continuous use, while confirmation has a positive impact on user satisfaction. All research results are revealed as expected.
