By means of SPSS, variances, correlation analysis and regression analysis were conducted to understand the relationship between the personality traits and population background of bank field staff and job performance. The results show that there is no significant difference in personality traits between the population backgrounds. However, there are some significant differences between marriage and seniority in job performance. It was found that married and experienced people performed better and better after verification. In addition, the study found that emotional sensitivity, affinity and self esteem in personality traits had significant positive effects on job performance. The results of this study points out relevant management implication, can serve as a financial institution manpower recruitment and training of personnel and business planning department may be a reference for the cultivation of operating strategies, and as a foundation for further research of theory development. 李勝榮 2018 學位論文 ; thesis 37 zh-TW
