It provides teachers and students with rich and diverse friendly teaching and learning resources. There are more and more teachers through various cloud networks. The road platform assists in teaching activities. Therefore, at the beginning of the introduction of the cloud video platform YouTube into traditional Home Economics Course, it is necessary to investigate and understand students'' acceptance of the integration of cloud-based video and audio platforms. This study adopted quasi-experimental research, questionnaire survey, and interviews with students. The subjects were the seventh-grade students of a Junior high school in Tainan City. The purpose of this study is to understand how YouTube affects students’ learning attitude and learning willingness when teachers integrate it into home economics education in junior high school. According to the data we received by statistically analyzing the results when the teachers used YouTube and the traditional way to teach cuisine, the following conclusions were obtained: 1.YouTube-integrated instruction into home economics teaching helps to enhance students'' learning attitude. 2.YouTube-integrated instruction into home economics teaching helps to enhance students'' learning willingness. 3.Students hold a positive attitude to teacher''s use YouTube-integrated instruction in the home economics curriculum.
