This study explores the use of instant messaging software in school organizations from the perspective of science and technology acceptance model (cognitive usability, cognitive usefulness) and cognitive entertainment, and further explores the relationship between the use of instant messaging behavior for organizational communication satisfaction , And in the organization of communication satisfaction, this study focuses on formal communication and informal communication. In this study, questionnaire survey was performed using SPSS19.0. The results showed that:The "cognitive ease of use" will significantly affect the "cognitive usefulness";The "cognitive ease of use" will not significantly affect the "cognitive entertainment";The "instant knowledge of instant messaging software" will not significantly affect the "instant messaging software use behavior";The "instant knowledge of instant messaging software" will significantly affect the "instant messaging software use behavior";"Cognitive entertainment of instant messaging software" does not significantly affect the use of "instant messaging software";"Instant messaging software use" will significantly affect the "organizational communication satisfaction". 張興亞 2018 學位論文 ; thesis 68 zh-TW
