This study explores the use of instant messaging software in school organizations from the perspective of science and technology acceptance model (cognitive usability, cognitive usefulness) and cognitive entertainment, and further explores the relationship between the use of instant messaging behavior for organizational communication satisfaction , And in the organization of communication satisfaction, this study focuses on formal communication and informal communication. In this study, questionnaire survey was performed using SPSS19.0.
