The ability of computer information literacy and internet use has gradually become an essential condition for everyone''s life. The ability of computer information literacy and internet use has gradually become an essential condition in everyone’s life.In addition to basic information skills training, information ethics is also an important issue for information education at the national level. This study aims to understand the impact of information literacy on the ethics of the Internet for children in sixth grade school.To explore the relationship between information literacy and cyber ethics in primary and sixth grade schoolchildren with different background variables. The study focused on the children of a sixth grade in a country in Kaohsiung City. It is expected to have a questionnaire with validity and validity. The questionnaire is divided into three parts: basic information, information literacy and network ethics. Finally, the data collected by the research results were statistically analyzed by descriptive statistics, T-test, single factor analysis, and linear regression. After statistical analysis, The results of the study show that there are significant differences between the information literacy standards of children of different genders and the ethical awareness of the Internet. However, the time spent on the Internet and parental support attitudes have no significant correlation with schoolchildren''s information literacy ability and online ethical awareness. In addition, information literacy standards influence the ethical perception of the Internet.
