It was at the beginning of gestation that they also incorporated makeup artists and hair stylists into the bridal industry; after the wedding photography industry matured in the 1970s, bridal companies were established. In the wedding photo shoot for newcomers, in considering the convenience of service customers, the wedding company also gradually incorporated the makeup artist and hair stylist into another department of the bridal salon, becoming one of the wedding photography package processes; in the 80''s it was combined with makeup and hairstyles. The one-service bridal stylists; in the late 1980s and early 1990s, the needs of newcomers created more convenient, more intimate, better service stylists to the government services, bridal secretaries to the government service industry response. Based on this kind of micro-entrepreneurial industry that requires professional skills, this study attempts to construct the entrepreneurial model and measure key factors. The revised Delphi method and fuzzy AHP method are used to collect expert opinions and measure relative weights of key factors. The results of the study found that from a regulatory point of view, experts believe that the order is “professional skills development,” “entrepreneurial resource development,” “entrepreneurial personality traits,” “entrepreneurial environmental assessment,” and “government guidance policy promotion.” The top ten items that are considered important are personal “management and management capabilities”, individual “development of market capabilities”, “professional technical learning” of the industry, development of “financial resources”, assessment of the “environmental support source” of the operating environment, and development of “technical resources” for entrepreneurship. , “Organization Resources” use, “Product and Service Innovation Capability”, Individual “Market Development Professional Capability”, Government “Entrepreneurial Consulting and Entrepreneurial Awards”. Finally, the research found that experts believe that management skills, personality traits, and professional skills are the most important and critical core. Therefore, young people who want to work in this industry must learn and learn about factors.
