| Summary: | 碩士 === 樹德科技大學 === 建築與室內設計研究所 === 106 === First, this research investigated the cram school around Kaohsiung and studied the relation between location, building, class size, and cost of cram school. Using survey, we try to find out the importance of these factor and the optimum space of the crams school. Then, we interview with the owner of cram school about the situation, the future plane and the usage of space to study and record the consideration and choice of business strategies.
After our study, we investigated the usage and importance of each room factor for the cram schools to understand their strategies. By the interview, we recorded the teaching philosophy and business strategy of cram school and compared with the result of survey. Furthermore, we learn how cram schools can use the space for strategic planning and make the most appropriate space arrangements.
By the above research, we are trying to provide the owner of crams school as a reference. They can base on this research to change the arrangement of the classroom, set policy to recruit students and find the location and the species of the building for setting up new crams school.
