Disabled elderly in addition to health and medical services need, also requires extensive care service manpower assistance. The day care service for the elderly is one of the long-term care services. This study to explore the work of the elderly day care service unit in Tainan City, the caregiver provides nearly 8 hours of full-time care, In the company of elders for a long time, Is there any correlation between the aged sexual attitude and their job satisfaction.
Research conclusions on the day care service units for the elderly in Tainan City :(1) The elderly day care service attendant’s sexual attitude towards the elderly is mostly in a positive attitude of neutrality and close consent.(2) The elderly day care service attendant is satisfied and very satisfied with the job satisfaction.(3) The overall level of the elderly sexual attitudes and overall job satisfaction are mostly related to moderate to low.
