Description
Summary:碩士 === 南臺科技大學 === 工業管理研究所 === 106 === This research studies the implementation of operational risk management to fighter radio fault maintenance in an Air Force airport, and a continual cyclic six-step process with “Operational Risk Management Integration Tool” software package is used to evaluate and analyze fighter radio fault maintenance, including risk identification, risk evaluation, risk analysis, risk decision making, implementation of risk controls, and supervision and review. The results shows that there were 45 radio faults per year from 2013 to 2014 before promoting operational risk management in 2014, and the number of radio faults was decreased to 36 per year from 2015 to 2016 and 22 in 2017.
