The research tool of this study includes Psychological Empowerment scale, Organizational Identification scale and Organizational Commitment scale, Organizational Citizenship Behavior scale, SPSS 24 and Amos 24 was used for statistical analysis. Total 290 sample copies were distributed and 230 valid questionnaires were analyzed. The effective recovery rate is 79.3 percent. The results of this study demonstrate as followings:(1)The relationship between Psychological Empowerment and Organizational Citizenship Behavior has significant correlations; (2)The relationship between Psychological Empowerment and Organizational Commitment has significant correlations; (3)The relationship between Organizational Commitment and Organizational Citizenship Behavior has significant correlations; (4) Organizational Commitment that operates in between Psychological Empowerment and Organizational Citizenship Behavior of real estate; (5) Organizational Identification had moderating effect on the relationship between Psychological Empowerment and Organizational Citizenship Behavior.
